MCA:

MCA has notified new version of e-forms DIR-12 (Form for filing particulars of appointment of Directors and the key managerial personnel and the changes among them), INC-22 (Notice of situation or change of situation of registered office) and MGT-7 (Form for filing annual return by a company) have been recently updated on MCA21 w.e.f 12th April, 2016. Only new version of the eForm will be acceptable. Stakeholders are requested to plan accordingly and ensure that you have downloaded the latest version for filing and uploading the latest version only. Form- wise date of last version change is available at on the website of MCA.

CBEC:

Central Board of Excise and Customs has issued CENVAT Credit (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2016. The amended rules substituted clause (i) of sub-rule (3) of rule 6 of CENVAT credit rules, 2004 whereby the manufacture shall now pay an amount equal to six per cent of value of the exempted goods and seven per cent of value of the exempted services subject to a maximum of the sum total of opening balance of the credit of input and input services available at the beginning of the period to which the payment relates and the credit of input and input services taken during that period. The amended rules further provide that a provider of output service shall be allowed to take credit on inputs and capital goods received on the basis of documents specified under rule 9 instead of on the basis of invoices, issued in terms of the provisions of the Central Excise Rules, 2002. The amendment shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.

News from NIRC of ICSI

1. NIRC of ICSI is organising a full day Program on theme “CORPORATE GOVERNANCE – BUSINESS ETHICS &CULTURE CHANGES” on Friday, the 15th April, 2016 from 11 AM to 5 PM at HOTEL Lalit, Barakhamba Lane, Connaught Place, New Delhi. FEE : Rs. 1,750, Free for Corporate Members of NIRC; PCH – 4.

2. The NIRC of ICSI has come out with an unique Corporate Membership for Young Members of ICSI. The whole idea behind the scheme was to build the capacity of our young members and to give them a fair chance to attend the seminars of professional interest at a reasonable cost. The scheme is named as YUVA Corporate Membership of NIRC-ICSI. The YUVA Corporate Membership Scheme for young members of NIRC of ICSI for the Financial Year 2016-17 is open for members who have awarded the membership on or after 1st January, 2014. Only First 300 members will be enrolled for the YUVA Corporate Membership Scheme. The Cheque/DD towards the YUVA Corporate Membership Fee for Rs. 3,000/- be drawn in favour of “NIRC of the ICSI”. ONLINE PAYMENT FACILITY also available.

3. The Corporate Membership Scheme of NIRC of ICSI is open for the Financial Year 2016-17 and the last date for receipt of Corporate Membership fee with early bird incentive is extended upto 15.4.2016. Anyone becoming a member under the Scheme shall be entitled to attend all the paid programs (Except workshops and residential programs) organized by NIRC free of charge throughout the year. The Cheque/DD towards the Corporate Membership Fee for the requisite amount be drawn in favour of “NIRC of the ICSI”. ONLINE PAYMENT FACILITY also available.
