MCA:
MCA has requested all stakeholders who had filed Form MGT-07/20B but the same had not been taken on records due to non-submission/ non-uploading of CD to complete the filing by uploading the data in excel sheet by 07th November 2016. MCA has introduced a new facility which allows uploading the same details in an excel sheet through FO service on the following link –"http://www.mca.gov.in/mcafoportal/uploadDetailsOfSH.do". The Ministry has also sent an individual email notice to all such companies with SRN and company name. Such companies are requested to upload the data in excel sheet by 7th November 2016, failing which the SRN will be marked as rejected without any further notice and the company will be treated as having defaulted in filing form MGT-7/20B within the stipulated time period.
SEBI:
SEBI introduced an online system for Investment Advisers and Research Analysts which aims to ease the operations in terms of registration and compliance reporting, etc. Now, applicants seeking grant for registration are required to submit only online application to SEBI through this portal. It has also given a user manual in the portal providing instructions for submitting the applications. Emails have already been sent to all the registered Investment Advisers and Research Analysts to activate their online account. Portal helpline as specified in the user manual may be contacted for any assistance in this regard.
