CLB:
The office of the Company Law Board at shall be under shifting to a new premises at Ground, 6th & 7th Floor of Block No. 3, C.G.O. Complex, New Delhi from 27.01.2016 to 29.01.2016. Further, CLB, Secretariat, Court No. I & II shall remain closed for public dealing from 27.01.2016 to 29.01.2016 for shifting of office to the new premises and all cases fixed for hearing on 27.01.2016, 28.01.2016 and 29.01.2016 are being re-notified. The office of CLB, Secretariat, Court No. I & II shall be opened for public dealing w.e.f. 01.02.2016 in the new premises located at Block No. 3, Ground, 6 & 7th Floor, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
MCA – NCLT:
In view of the Supreme Court order dated 14th May, 2015, the process for constitution of NCLT/NCLAT has been undertaken and these bodies are likely to be set up shortly. The Ministry had set-up a Committee on 17th July, 2015 to examine the draft Rules w.r.t procedure to be followed NCLT/NCLAT. The said Committee has since made recommendations on draft rules w.r.t. following matters:- (i) Rules on Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamation; and (ii) Rules on Prevention of Oppression and Mismanagement. (iii) Rules on procedure to be followed by NCLT and NCLAT. The ncltrules. Further, it is requested that the name, telephone number and address of the sender should be indicated clearly at the time of sending suggestions/comments.
