SEBI:
As per Regulation 23 of the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 which prescribes for disclosures to be made by an InvIT to the Stock Exchange(s) where its units are listed. The said disclosures, inter-alia, include disclosures for financial as well as non-financial information. With reference to the aforesaid Regulations, the requirements for disclosure of financial information and pertinent compliances on continuous basis and the requirements for disclosure of non-financial information and pertinent compliances on continuous basis. Further, the financial information shall be disclosed on both standalone as well as consolidated basis.
DGFT:
DGFT has notified that new Regional Office of DGFT at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh in the Appendix – 1A of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015 – 2020. Consequently the territorial jurisdiction of Regional Authority, Vishakhapatnam is relocated as whole of Andhra Pradesh excluding the districts which are under the jurisdiction of Regional Authority, Vijayawada.
