MCA has revised the versions of eforms – Forms DIR-3 (Application for allotment of Director Identification Number), Form INC-2 (One Person Company- Application for Incorporation), Form SH-11 (Return in respect of buy-back of securities), Form CHG-4 (Particulars for satisfaction of charge thereof) and Form INC-4 (One Person Company- Change in Member/Nominee). The revised forms will be available on the portal on the portal w.e.f 2nd September, 2016 of MCA. Stakeholders are advised to download the latest version before filing. Form- wise date of last version change is available at on the website of MCA.
SEBI
SEBI has directed Commodity Exchanges to offer price dissemination facility to subscribers through SMS or any other electronic communication facility for all commodities on a daily basis. The service is to be provided free of cost to the subscribers. However, the expenditure incurred for such price dissemination may be reimbursed from the interest accrued on the Investor Protection Fund (IPF). The dissemination facility would provide information to subscribers instantly in an efficient and transparent manner. The provisions of this circular shall come into effect from September 29, 2016 in supersession of all earlier directives issued by erstwhile FMC with regard to matters related to ‘Price Dissemination through SMS’.
