MCA
MCA has notified that revised Form MGT – 7 (Annual Return) and Form GNL-4 (Form for filing addendum for rectification of defects or incompleteness) are likely to be revised on MCA21 Company Forms Download page w.e.f 3rdNovember, 2016. Stakeholders are advised to check the latest version before filing. Further, Stakeholders may kindly note that e-Form INC-29 (Integrated Incorporation Form) has been withdrawn. Accordingly, INC-29 e-Form will no longer be available on the MCA21 portal and stakeholders will not be able to file any previously downloaded versions from this date. Stakeholders are requested to plan accordingly and use SPICe (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company electronically), INC-2 (One Person Company), or INC-7 (Incorporation of Company) e-Forms, as applicable.
RBI
RBI has directed banks to put entire banking areas under the CCTV surveillance and keep all the recordings that can help identify “unscrupulous elements” in order to check fake currency circulation in the banking system. Further, banks should ensure that cash receipts in the denominations of Rs 100 and above are not put into re-circulation without the notes being machine processed for authenticity. RBI further stated that failure of banks in detection and impounding of counterfeit notes and in preventing such currencies from being re-circulated will be violation of the directions and will attract penal action.

NIRC of ICSI has decided to start fortnightly "PCS HELPLINE" to provide guidance / counseling in respect of problems and difficulties being faced by our members. In this series, NIRC is organizing "PCS HELPLINE ON IPR – TRADE MARKS” on the 2nd November, 2016, to resolve the queries over telephone regarding Technical / Procedural / Interpretation issues relating to the topic “IPR – TRADE MARKS” by CS Tarun Jain, will be available to answer the queries telephonically, on 2nd November, 2016 from 4.00 PM to 5.30 PM at 011-49343001.
