MCA:
MCA has notified and made available a new eForm GNL – 4 for filing w.e.f. 28th Feb 2015 for the purpose of filing addendum for rectification of defects or incompleteness under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Further, the version of Form CRA-2 is modified w.e.f 28th Feb 2015. Only new version of the eForms will be acceptable. Stakeholders are requested to plan accordingly and ensure that you have downloaded the latest version for filing and uploading the latest version only. DVAT:
DVAT authorities have initiated a Special drive for disposal of objections filed u/s 74 of the DVAT Act, 2004, relating to mismatch of Annexure 2A/2B cases for the Assessment Year 2012-13. All Wards under DVAT shall dispose of the work on every Friday and Saturday w.e.f 02/03/2015 and allocated cases may be fixed for hearing on these dates and notices for the same may be issued through System which will be available on dealer’s log in page.
