RBI:
RBI has clarified that Foreign Direct Investment in Tobacco Products is prohibited in manufacturing of cigars, cheroots, cigarillos and cigarettes, of tobacco or of tobacco substitutes and prohibition applies only to manufacturing of the products mentioned therein and foreign direct investment in other activities relating to these products including wholesale cash and carry, retail trading etc. shall be governed by the sectoral restrictions laid down in the FDI policy Government.
CLB:
CLB New Delhi Bench will be organising the “LOK ADALAT” on Saturday, 11th July, 2015. In partial modification of the Company Law Board”s Order No.10/22/2055-CLB dated 29.06.2015, the Constitution of the New Delhi Bench "during Lok Adalat" on 11th July, 2015 from 10:00 AM shall be as Shri B.S.V. Prakash Kumar, Member (Judicial) and Shri U. K. Chaudhary, Senior advocate. This Order shall be in force only for 11th July, 2015 from 10.00 AM.
