MCA – LLP:
MCA has notified New version of eForm 4LLP (Notice of appointment, cessation, change in name/ address / designation of a designated partner or partner. and consent to become a partner / designated partner) is likely to be modified w.e.f 10th January, 2016 and the same is available on MCA21 Portal. Only new version of the eForm will be acceptable. Stakeholders are requested to plan accordingly and ensure that you have downloaded the latest version for filing and uploading the latest version only. Form- wise date of last version change is available at on the website of MCA.
DGFT:
DGFT has made amendments to the Foreign Trade Policy – 2015-2020 and inserted the new provisions relating to SCOMET export permission for ‘Stock & Sale’ purposes and for export of spare parts. The provision of SCOMET export permission for ‘Stock & Sale’ purposes will facilitate bulk export which may cater to orders of multiple end users from the ‘stock point’ subject to subsequent permission of the licensing authority for re-transfer to definite end user. The facility for permission for export of spare parts along with the main equipment will obviate the need for seeking permission for spares through a separate application. Both the measures will ultimately have the effect of reducing the transaction time and cost.
