SEBI Board met in New Delhi for its Board Meeting and took the decisions relating to the SEBI (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 thereby providing a framework for registration and regulation of Real Estate Investment Trusts, approved the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 thereby providing a framework for registration and regulation of Infrastructure Investment Trusts and decision on Granting single registration to stock brokers / clearing members for operating in all stock exchanges / clearing corporations.
