In order to give effect to the requirements of various Regulations governing Equity, Non-Convertible Debt Securities, Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares, Mutual Funds etc, SEBI has introduce, a simplified listing agreement which is uniform across all types of securities/listed entities. A listed entity which has previously entered into agreement(s) with a recognised Stock Exchange(s) to list its securities shall execute a fresh listing agreement with such Stock Exchange within six months of the date of notification of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) i.e. September 2, 2015. Notwithstanding such novation, any action taken or purported to have been done or taken by the Stock Exchanges or SEBI, any enquiry or investigation commenced or show cause notice issued in respect of the existing listing agreement shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of the Listing Regulations in force.


The Delhi VAT Authorities have extended the last date of Filing of online return for 1st & 2nd quarter of 2015-16 for assessee(s) engaged in the business of e-commerce. Accordingly, the last date for filing of online return for the 1st quarter of the year 2015- 16, in Forms EC-II and EC-III is extended from 30-09-2015 to 16-11-2015. All persons engaged in the business of e-commerce are required to file Return on quarterly basis in Form EC-II & EC-III by 10th day of the month following the quarter to which the return pertains. Further, the return is required to be uploaded on the portal of the department in off-line /online mode by digitally signing the same.
