MCA:
MCA has again acted on the requests of various stakeholders and extended the Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2014 from15th November, 2014 to 31st December, 2014. Further, to avoid last minute rush and system congestion on the MCA21 portal on account of filings under CLSS -2014 and Annual Filings during November 2014, all Companies & stakeholders are requested to file their Balance Sheet and Annual Return early without postponing it to the last days.
