On the basis of the information received from the ICSI (Copy Attached), this is to bring to the notice of all the stakeholders that the office of Regional Director, Northern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs which was working from Ground Floor, A-14, PDIL Bhawan, Sector-1, NOIDA has been shifted to B-2 Wing, 2nd Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, New Delhi-110003 w.e.f. 15.09.2015 and has started functioning as camp office (formal notice is yet to be published by the Ministry). All the hearings scheduled in the office of Regional Director, Northern Region will be held at new address B-2 Wing, 2nd Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, New Delhi-110003.

SEBI has revised the Disclosure Formats under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Based on various representations received and in view of SEBI Guidance Note dated August 24th, 2015, revised formats (Form A to Form D) are issued and all other conditions of the Circular dated May 11, 2015 shall remain unchanged. Further, all stock exchanges are advised to put in place adequate systems and issue the necessary guidelines for implementing the above decision and to make necessary amendments to the relevant bye-laws, rules and regulations as applicable for the immediate implementation of the above decision.
