MCA:
Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified new versions of e-forms DIR-3(Application for allotment of Director Identification Number) DIR-6(Intimation of change in particulars of Director to be given to the Central Government).Stakeholders are advised to download the latest version before filing. Only new version of the eForm will be acceptable. Form- wise date of last version change is available at on the website of MCA.
CBEC:
The Central Board of Excise and Customs has exempted service-tax on services provided by Government or a local authority. The ministry has inserted new entries after entry 53 exempting services provided by Government or a local authority by way of issuance of passport, visa, driving license, birth certificate or death certificate; services where the gross amount charged for such services does not exceed Rs. 5000/-, services by way of allowing a business entity to operate as a telecom service provider or use radio frequency spectrum during the financial year 2015-16 on payment of license fee or spectrum user charges, etc.
