MCA – LLP:
MCA has made amendment to the LLP Rules and notified the LLP (Amendment) Rules, 2015 which shall come into force from 19th October, 2015. Welcome change according to the amended rules is the concept of intimation to the concerned ROC on conversion of Company into LLP is now withdrawn but the intimation is continued to be send / filed in physical form to the Registrar of firms, in case of conversion of firm into LLP in the prescribed form 14. Further, the Certificate of Incorporation in Form 16 & Certificate of Registration of Conversion in Form 19 shall also have the National Emblem.
MCA – LLP:
MCA has notified the New versions of LLP eForms and the same have been uploaded on MCA21 Portal. All Stakeholders are requested to plan accordingly as versions of all available forms have been revised. Further the contents of Forms 2A LLP & Form 4A LLP are modified to substitute new field relating to SRN of Form 1 and Form 14 LLP has been withdrawn w.e.f 19th Oct 2015 and will only be available in physical filing with the Registrar of Firms. Only new version of the eForm will be acceptable. Stakeholders are requested to plan accordingly and ensure that you have downloaded the latest version for filing and uploading the latest version only. Form-wise date of last version change is available at on the website of MCA.
