MCA:
MCA will disable View Public Documents (VPD) service effective Monday i.e 27th October, 2014 to 31st October, 2014 (09:00 AM – 09:00 PM), in light of peak filing period and to avoid last minute rush and system congestion on the MCA21 portal on account of Annual Filings during October 2014 and filings under the Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2014 ending on 15.11.2014. Stakeholders are requested to plan accordingly.
SERVICE TAX:
CBEC, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 7 of the Service Tax Rules, 1994, has extended the date of submission of the Form ST-3 for the period from 1st April 2014 to 30th September 2014, from 25th October, 2014 to 14th November, 2014 due to the circumstances of a special nature i.e Natural calamities in certain parts of the country, which have given rise to extension of time.
